Pros

Pros

I used other time tracking in prior jobs. ClickTime is more flexible, easy to use and customize, has excellent help resources and responsive customer service.
If you are looking for a great, user friendly software to help track time and expense and give you the data you need to track projects and send invoices I highly recommend Clicktime.
Overall Clicktime has been a great tool for our company, does what we need it to. There are some nice to have features that I would like to have seen but nothing that was a major impediment.

Cons

Cons

We have no way to enter in expected future accrual and allow staff to borrow from that. It ends up that most of our staff have negative leave balances.
Some of the reports can be confusing at times but overall we are able to navigate to the report we are looking for.
Limited customizing features, slow custom development, weak integration API in Expense module.
