Pros

Pros

I like the ability to manage budgets, easily make changes to employee accounts, quick on and offboarding. And the online chat help is really responsive and helpful.
Divvy's customer service was awesome. They had answers for all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my experience with implementing and using Divvy.
I loved that before you even used the software you were walked through the entire program by one of their customer support representatives. It made it super easy to use and understand.

Cons

Cons

They can’t call me for support - but sure will call my vendors. Every vendor I have tried this with has complained about how rude the people are who call and the turn around time is horrific.
The only complaint I have at this point is that we cannot set limits for receipts.
I have no idea what I am waiting for at this point. No follow up and nothing proactive unless you complain.
