Pros

Very user friendly, easy to navigate and the ability to work from anywhere. The ability to have multiple users makes it easy for 2 people to work on reports at the same time.
Overall, QBO is wonderful software for bookkeepers, accountants, and small business owners. It is arguably the most powerful and robust software on the market, and is priced fairly well.
I like that I can access QBO anywhere and that my clients can give me accountant access. It is pretty easy to navigate and I can favorite the reports I like the most.

Cons

Customer service is horrible no one should have to wait on the phone for 2 hours for an answer and end up having to disconnect because no answer was provided.
They made me trouble a former executive of the company and wasted HIS time, and what they demanded he do didn’t work either (and went back to him three times).
It breaks down Dollar Charges into many, many Cent Charges for some reason. If I have a Lowe's charge of $98.22, it will break it down into Cents ranging from 1to 91, it's crazy.
