Pros

This software is perfect for small businesses without a dedicated finance team. Easy to use and set up, and also links to Kashflow Accounting seamlessly.
If you need a program that helps you understand how to enter accounting and administrative transactions, this may be one of the best solutions in the entire market.
I learnt how to use Kashflow without training and it was easy to navigate. It’s great software for small businesses as good value for money.

We have been using ServiceM8 since 2013 and it's been a great success. Easy to learn, easy to learn and easy to teach.

Cons

Also, there are very few software updates so I don't see these problems being sorted any time soon. Avoid, for your own sake avoid.
The support is terrible - slow, uninformed, slack.
Sign up process is terrible. Lots of v. Complex questions about eligibility for certain schemes that were not explained.

Cons

Missing intervention features and worst of all is the lack of customer support and development forthcoming.
But when you find issues, you will be ignored by ServiceM8.
Since then the only contact I've had was after I complained every 2 weeks that we'd heard nothing and more duplicates were being created.
