Pros

Easy to personalise, the bank links and automation both with banks and HMRC mean half the work is done, for ease of mind this is a real plus. Excellent system would highly recommend.
If you need a program that helps you understand how to enter accounting and administrative transactions, this may be one of the best solutions in the entire market.
Its very user friendly, the bank feeds make it easy to input data. I find it easy to navigate and it has some great features.

Pros

Super easy set up, effortless onboarding, and great pricing plan for small groups. It has strong search functionality and intuitive threading.
I love that this has reminder features, I use slack to message myself for anything i need to have at hand. I also love that it helps keep everyone on the same page.
I like that this can be used community-wide as a "water cooler. It is also awesome because you can have private conversations.

Cons

Poor technical back-up where problem is not straightforward. Lack of connecting apps compared to competitors.
Old historical automation can sometimes slow the process down, but that's more of a personal problem.
Help buttons and videos were useless. I abandoned after 2 hours and went Back to my payroll provider.

Cons

Only thing which I struggle with is that I get lost in my channels sometimes. You can only go into one channel at a time.
Slack is a tool, and if a company fails to identify the ground rules, it can be useless. The organizations that dislike using slack often have not defined rules around using it.
It feels disorganized, repetitive, and obsolete. I do not think that this is going to be something we use in the longterm.

KashFlow

Software massively let down by sub-par support

Pros

- Some of the reports are fun. - Being cloud-based is great because you can log in anywhere. - The basic menu is straight-forward.

Cons

- The support is terrible - slow, uninformed, slack. They don't know the software or understand what you want to do with it - Beyond the basic menu it's a nightmare trying to find anything. - Some of the features (like journal) are locked away to try and make you upgrade to the payroll version. - Statements and invoices will be logged as "sent" when they haven't been sent - no way of finding out without asking your customers. - The app is a bit pointless. - When something goes wrong, you're on your own.
