It took a while to cancel l/rebooking via app, my other colleague is not able to do it at all thus i sent email to CS.

CS understood the case pretty quickly when I did not make the call. I believe she made a quick analysis of my flight and rebooked it based on my email request.

After a long search for a tool we decided for L&P as our one-stop-shop for business travel. Competitors were attractive at first sight from a user perspective but didn‘t help us in regards to internal processes like HR, controlling, etc. At the time none of the competitors suited (German) entreprise customer needs

Best Pro Tool on the market

Die allgemeine Erfahrung ist sehr gut. Vor allem der regionale Hinweis - vorm buchen - zeitgleich ist in XY eine Großveranstaltung - ist sehr hilfreich. Die Buchungen gehen in der Regel sehr zügig durch. Auch Stornos - die ja vorkommen - gehen schnell durch. Wenn es mal hakt, kümmert sich der Lanes&Planes Service zügig.

Insgesamt ist Lanes & Planes für uns eine Bereicherung, da sich alle Prozesse der Reiseplanung streamlinen lassen. Vor allem bei der Buchung für und durch unterschiedliche Personen kommt es gerne zu Fehlbuchung oder vergessenen Buchungen. So hat man als Admin jederzeit Zugriff auf alle Buchungen.
Grundsätzlich schlägt L&P durch die Einfachheit in der Handhabung. Die kleineren Fehler im Backend sind durch den komplizierten Aufbau der Plattform nachvollziehbar und zum Glück nichts, was den Buchungsprozess erheblich verkompliziert.

Mein Gesamteindruck von L&P ist sehr gut. Sie sind stets professionell, die Mitarbeiter sind geschult und sehr Kundenorientiert. Wir stehen regemäßig im Austausch mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin, dadurch werden Probleme besprochen und zusammen nach Lösungen gesucht. Man hat das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein.
