I am bot really versed in anything regarding taxes and finances, but had to take over after the person who used to do that left because of a family issue. It took me super long to learn how to use lexware, the mother software of lexoffice. As soon as I was able to switch to lexoffice, it was such a relief. Lexoffice is super easy to use, it translates pdfs automatically into data, you can search SKR numbers just by typing in matching keywords and makes financial planning so much faster.

I feel that some feature are not where I would usually expect them to be in the menu and some options are not quite as extensive as we hoped.

Easy to use has a lot of other applications connected to the software.

some more customization of the invoicing would be nice and a better integration to Bitrix24

Die im allgemeinen sehr umfassende Ausstattung. Nahezu jeder Bereich ist abgedeckt.

The restriction to a small part of the DATEV system of accounts. According to the provider, this is intentional. This means that the software is lost for all those who want to book "correctly" at some point. Very quickly I came to a point during testing, where I was missing a certain account to book. The support suggested that I should simply use another booking account. However, a completely wrong one, which would have led to a wrong accounting. At that point Lexware was out of the race for me.

Ease of use, comprehensive guides, excellent video tutorials, proposals as you enter data, learning. Ability to store receipts & data for 10 years and going paperless. Link to taxadvisor. Value for money.

Quality of the scanning app. Matching that had challenges with VAT rates, so I turned off the feature. It would be a pleasure to have an English version and if they could go global.

I was able to create an account and write my first invoice in about half an hour. Simple yet useful templates and intuitive user interface supported me in doing so. Also, the trial was free and I was able to just start earning money without having to grind through reviews or do a comparison marathon between different solutions. I also could put my logo on my invoice and make it look very close to my business paper.

At the same time it was lear for me from the beginning, that it would probably not a longterm solution as the ways to customize the look and feel of the invoices was not convincing. Bugs kept on coming up, with formating being forgotten or vanishing. Also the integration with Zapier was fairly basic making it impossible to create one-click offers from my sales pipline or automatically close won oportunities / deals form the salespipline in case an Invoice is created. Lexoffice has a lot of room to grow in this segment.

Lexoffice is extremely easy to use, it is not necessary to know accounting inside and out. If you have very basic knowledege you are good to go. It is fantastic to do your clients invoice, payments, create offers and see everything what is going on in your business. Main reason we use it: - clean UI - big time saver (easy scan of documents and autodetection of content) - semi automatic accounting - German tax compliant - great value for money

So far it does everything we need, there are very few things it can do.

The software has many interfaces to go on working with other software or webpages.

For the first days it's not so easy to work with.

Am Anfang muss man sich erst mal über die ganzen Funktionen klar werden. Es dauert etwas.

Wenn man neu einsteigt im Business besitzt es alles für die Buchhaltung notwendige. Es ist intuitiv aufgebaut und gut zu bedienen.

Der Abgleich könnte besser funktionieren. Der Kundenservice könnte schneller sein

-Scans werden manchmal nicht richtig gespeichert -manche Button sind an der falschen stelle positioniert. -KEINE KOSTENSTELLEN möglich ( ich würde sogar dafür bezahlen) -manche Eingabefelder überdominieren andere Grundfunktionen wenn mann sie beschreibt. (Zuordnung der Buchungsfälle )

Nicht viel. Ich frage mich, warum man in Zeiten von KI noch so viel von Hand machen muss.

Für jede sinnhafte Funktion muss ich andauernd extra zahlen. Der User Support ist zudem unfreundlich

Die Buchhaltung erledigt sich fast von selbst.

Man kann selbst keine Umbuchungen in den Buchhaltungskonten vornehmen, das muss dann der Steuerberater übernehmen.

es können einfach Rechnungen gestellt werden, Eingangsrechnungen erfasst und überwiesen werden. Zugang für den Steuerberater auch perfekt.

wenn man Verbesserungsvorschläge hat, muss man die erfassen und andere Nutzer können bewerten ob das für sie auch interessant ist. Wenn man genug Stimmen hat, wird umgesetzt.

Einhaltung der GoBD. Die Belegverwaltung ist einfach und geht schnell. Anbindung an Steuerbüro möglich.

Einige Funktionen sind nur in den teuren Plänen verfügbar, z.B. API, Anzahlungsrechnung oder Kundenakte.

Sehr gut. Buchhaltung sehr sehr leicht gemacht.

Schade dass es keine Belegvorlage für Wiederkehrende Ausgaben gibt, wie Strom.

Lexoffice ist aufgeräumt, übersichtlich und dennoch sehr umfangreich und mächtig.Durch automatische Belegerkennung und Belegupload (per App) kann ich meine Belege mit nur wenigen Klicks verbuchen.Die Kontosynchronisierung und die übersichtliche Beleg- und Finanzverwaltung helfen mir dabei, immer den Blick über meine Geschäftsvorgänge und Finanzen zu haben.

Leider gibt es keine Schnittstelle zu Wiso Mein Geld. Die jährliche Umsatzsteuererklärung und die EÜR muss ich daher leider händisch übertragen. Schade.

Übersichtlich, nicht überladen, alles was man benötigt da, sogar Lohn!

PayPal Gebühr-Erstattungen müssen alle manuell gebucht werden. Wenn man davon über 100 Monatlich hat, dann sitzt man erstmal eine Weile dran. Das einzige Manko für uns bis jetzt.

Lexoffice bietet eine gute Benutzeroberfläche und einfache Handhabung. Auch die Anbindungsstellen an die Sozialversicherungen und das Finanzamt funktionieren wunderbar.

Teilweise dauert es seitens des Kundensupports sehr lange (mehr als 24 Stunden), bis eine Frage beantwortet wird.
