I made a wrong billing software selection by paying.
Not worrying about dissatisfactions & Loosing of Customers
Customer support & technical team are not capable of resolving issues. Support team will escape from the problems by saying temporary solutions like network issue & program coding. The teams are well trained for argument rather than understanding the needs or pain of the customer. No Solution will be provided technically.

Once i change adress and bussines name and check history its show new adress in old invoice or quotation.please improve this

Before billbook, I use to make my bill on excel which i was not able to get the exact value of sales and purchase and how much payment I need to collect. But billbook has solved this probleme.
What I most like about the Billbook is the easy creation of invoice and download of reports
I want to add my FASSI NO under my GST NO. This feature is not available yet

I feels a very good experince and online customer support ia excellent and user friendly software
Mostly easy and friendly handiling usage and user friendly. Reports and accounts are auto correct
As per my vision on sales invoice if a party having same name or phone number not showing already having the customer in list or already exist.otherwise rest of all are good.

Almost good , but little bit expensive than my first time purchase.
Billing is easier, adding items is also easier. Barcode making is also easier. Overall service is good.
Sometimes billing crashes, offline billing is never possible.. plz make sure that offline billing should work properly. We can’t recover the deleted items .

Overall experience is decent but there are a few painpoints that need to be urgently looked at. This is a very good application and I appreciate what FloBiz is trying to do for the small business community. However, I cannot call it "great" yet because of these little issues that I mentioned above.
This software is easy to use and versatile. It follows regulations and continuously gets updated to ensure further ease of use for businesses. Since ours is a small business, this versatility enables us to ensure different departments operate seamlessly. The UI is also user-friendly and changes to the UI or software are tutorialised well if needed. It's a relatively reliable software with ease of contacting customer support as well.
Software compatibility between MBB and Tally could be improved. Some changes with respect to printing of duplicates and triplicates needs to be made and is a consistent point of concern with the application. There is also the issue of e-invoicing details appearing at the bottom of the invoice as opposed to the top. This format cannot be changed either. Additionally, most customer service executives...

Overall experience is good
The option of ledger maintainance and some small but nice features like business card generator and greetings option
Hanging issue make me stuck in between, when i need to tell the party there balance and softwares stuckes many of the times. Make me feel embarrassed. I am using a good paid tool still that issues male the customer like me to shift to other apps even they r expensive if in case

Shows PROFIT and loss while building invoice
You should improve payment adjustment features in yours products e.g when we purchase 10000 RS products complete 10000rs sales is not done BUT we adjust partially payment FROM other sources and complete payment this entrys are not possible in yours software

I think I realised over the past 2 years of using the app, it has helped me a lot taking better decisions in my business, only because of the advanced reporting feature.
This software enables me to create GST compliant invoices which is a must.Best customer support ever, I gety queries resolved via WhatsApp within minutes.
It might be a learning curve for beginners, because of lots of features.

I have been using this invoicing app for the last 2 years, and I am extremely satisfied with its features and functionality. While I have had a great experience with this invoicing app, occassionally there are a few minor issues or doubts that I have encountered, but everytime it has been resolved by blazing fast support team on whatsapp.

Bulk import of items and purchase invoices is very handy. Along with this the support team is also very good. I spoke with Usha while taking the renewal and she was great in getting me good discount.
The serial no of invoices should be seperate for payments in and payment out. Like for bills generated and items purchased comes under the same serial numbers which creates a problem while filing gst return

Best free software of its kind. Whenever I am stumped, the customer care is so active in helping. Very well designed. But for a beginner, it would be a bit confusing, at least for the first few weeks.
It comes packed with a lot of features including inventory management, billing, online store management, mobile device integration etc. Since it works on web browsers, it is highly compatible and light. Can be updated on mobiles devices too, with ease. Since cloud based storage is used, data are free from the fear of loss. Good customer support. Replies within s couple of minutes and is also available...
There is a lack of master password for deleting entry from the bill entry. This means if someone else is in charge at the billing desk, they can exploit this fault. Also the login is completely through OTP (One Time Password), which makes it difficult to login in some situation. And also if you are running a business in partnership, you partner will have to ask you the OTP for loging in.
