Over the top customer support. Affordable product with sophisticated estimating capabilities.
The onboarding session with [sensitive content hidden] was not only seamless but it was enjoyable, which in turn motivated me to fully understand the system.
Calling in and hopping on a screenshare when help is needed is my favorite feature especially since it is welcomed.

The online live trainings to use the software was disorganized and hard to follow unless you already were familiar with the software.
Some functionality can be somewhat clunky but these are small complaints for very specific items.
I haven't had enough time to give a critical assessment of its shortcomings.
