What is ODD360?
ODD360 is a cloud-based operational due diligence software that helps businesses manage processes related to workflow automation, report publishing, question level benchmarking, and collaboration, among other operations. It allows staff members to pre-populate answers, manage issues, extract specific answers, and track clients’ report usage from within a centralized platform.
ODD360 enables investors to digitize DDQs, upload proprietary questionnaires, configure rules to automatically delegate tasks internally, schedule DDQ kick-off, and generate custom reminders. With the built-in document library, employees can search through documents, add comments, tag specific users, track document versions, and maintain a communication audit trail. It also lets managers utilize filtering and drill down capabilities of the dashboard to track progress across DDQs, issues, and assignments.
ODD360 allows administrators to set up customizable branding and configure role-based permissions to ensure a secure user experience. Consultants can create and upload questionnaires with AIMA and ILPA templates in multiple file formats, such as PDF, Excel, and Word.
