Pros

Overall experience with JDE Edwards EnterpriseOne was fantastic. Definitely share great experience with all other firms, user friendly and flexible options for every entry or data search or history.
The tool is very easy to learn. I am impressed with the continual investment by Oracle in this product and they are making great strides in having the whole application mobile ready.
This is a great tool for customer service. Having an answer on pricing and availability and historical pricing was awesome.

Pros

Customer service is AMAZING. Very responsive and helpful with anything we have needed.
I enjoyed the ease of use of the Striven platform as the software is relatively simple. I also like that the dashboard is customizable to find what you need at a glance.
Ultimately the best value provided by Striven is their personnel. The customer service of Striven is excellent.

Cons

Maybe there are some settings or something we don't have turned on, but it is proving rather difficult to track down the minor intermittent bugs (particularly ASYNC errors).
It's hard to think of anything I don't like. I might be a little biased after 27 years in the JDE ecosystem.
Setting up searcher can be somewhat confusing. Searching in some fields isn’t allowed.

Cons

I dislike that Striven will crash sometimes. There have been times where I'll try to submit a PO for processing and the program won't let me submit due to issues on their end.
The depth of Striven can be intimidating and at times difficult to navigate.
This was frustrating and slowed down my work. Additionally, I found that the software's reporting capabilities were a bit lacking.
