I like that Patriot is an intuitive software that is easy to use. My employees find it easy to navigate as well and I'm able to integrate a fully digital payroll system which saves me time and money.

I really did not find anything that I disliked.

There is a learning curve to get things set up, and the phone system for getting in touch is very awkward as you need a code to begin a call.

I Love Patriot Accounting and Payroll Software

Overall my experience was good, only left due to a bank connectivity issue they didn't know how to solve and they're delay in getting to my ticket.

Great until issues

I wanted an easy to use, non-accountant invoicing software that worked, was stable and didn't drain my wallet. Bonus is it allows me to make invoices quickly. The few support emails I've sent were answered quickly and by someone who obviously read the question and knew the software. 

Easy to setup, stable, cut my invoicing nightmares.

Found the software to be easy to set up and use, and it was laid out in a way that you could get to what you needed simply by accessing your dashboard.

The Best of Financial Software

It is okay. If it weren't for their customer service, I'd have gone elsewhere but I think they are listening to feedback and making improvements.

Patriot Accounting Use Review

Patriot software is great for people who don't need highly sophisticated customization and want to get the work of accounting done easily and simply.

Patriot Accounting works well for very small businesses

Patriot has helped with organizing and tracking how much an account has received or spent for a year total. If there is any issues customer support has been friendly and supportive in helping resolve the issue quickly.   

Fair value for benefits and peace of mind  

Overall, Patriot Accounting has been very efficient and adequate for my payroll needs for both employees, subcontractors and vendors.  I definitely appreciate that they take care of the hassles of filing reports with all the specific areas of government (unemployment, SS taxes, Medicare taxes, Federal taxes, etc.)  I also appreciate that they make it easy to file 1099s and W-3/W-2s.
