I like that Patriot is an intuitive software that is easy to use. My employees find it easy to navigate as well and I'm able to integrate a fully digital payroll system which saves me time and money.

I really did not find anything that I disliked.

There is a learning curve to get things set up, and the phone system for getting in touch is very awkward as you need a code to begin a call.

We switched from QuickBooks to Patriot in May, and we are SO HAPPY we made the switch! Patriot is able to do everything that QuickBooks can, but for a much more reasonable price. Patriot also does a lot of things automatically that you would have to manually enter for QuickBooks. Patriot has made my job a lot easier!

Difficult to use

We're sorry to hear your bookkeeper was charging you more because they felt it was not easy to use. We pride ourselves on making our software intuitive and easy to use. We do understand sometimes when you are used to one software working one way, it can be challenging when another software does it differently. Even if the process is the same or easier. We are always adding features, and have thousands of business owners and accountants who use our software because of its value and ease of use. We hope one day you will find your way back to us. Any time I asked a question, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I did not have to stress or worry about the outcome.

It's too simplistic to work for anyone other than someone coming from a VERY basic online software

On boarding was easy. The training was as good as could be very happy with this product
