I like how streamlined it is and well formatted for non accounting professionals. It's very easy for me to use and most importantly, I don't screw stuff up. Takes care of all the double-entry journaling for me as I enter transactions.

My biggest gripe would be the lack of support for 3rd party payment processors that are 2A friendly. There's only a few out there and the partnership that Patriot Software provides isn't one of them.

This software is very user friendly. Their customer service is very helpful and I love the Chat feature. The response time is very quick.

I can't think of anthing that I don't like about the software.

It's ease of use has been amazing. It does everything that a small business owner like myself would need.

The only thing that would be nice is if it had a more competitive built in merchant services.

Quick and fairly easy to switch over to patroit

Need more reporting for accounts receivable. Need easily available printable statement for each customers, and need printable aging report for each customer

The ease of importing transactions (when the bank connection works)

I use Chase bank and every week the software looses its bank connection. I have to delete it and re establish the connection. I have three different businesses and I have to do it with all 3 every time I use the software. Also, the software should keep track of the last check used and automatically populate the check number field when writing checks.

As someone who did payroll by hand for a couple years, Patriout software made this less of a chore. I especially appreciate that it generate my quarterly federal payroll returns very easy.

I didn't have any problems using the software and i recommend it to my small business clients.

Patriot Software is user friendly. Information you need for reports is easily accessible.

It would be great if the past due amount would carry over. You have to post individual monthly payments separately,

Easy to use software, does most of things I need for payroll.

Not a whole lot, I wish there were a few more things, not many, but for what I pay, it gives me what I need.

I like the cost and ease of use with Patriot Software.

To date I have found nothing that I currently consider a con.

I can set up payroll and I don't have to calculate the fees.

Creating invoices doesn't look as professional as I would like and it needs to stand out more with colors also I would need for my customers to be able to pay me through an ACH portal and Patriot doesn't offer that.

Would like to see more options for bookkeeping services based on a businesses individual needs.

Easy to use. We have salary employees only. I am able to set up the payroll for the entire year. I do at once a year and not touch it for the rest of the year. My investment of time is about 45 minutes a year!

The price has gone up 44% in 3 years, we can't afford this pace of price increases.

I honestly couldnt be happier with this software. It is easy to deploy and very user friendly.

There is nothing I can really complain about.

The ease of use. These folks make your tax payment automatically and you don't have to worry about that payment or the tax filings. They all get made. You just have to make sure you have money in your account.

Entering all my back information, however they did help a lot and made it much easier.

I love how easy it is to set up. I'm happy it is cloud based. Entering debits and credits is easy.

Can't think of a thing that needs improving.

I appreciate this software in helping me organize and keep track of my expenses. I like the ease of having everything in its place when it’s time to do taxes. I enjoy the general ledger and being able to input a date and find the expense or invoice. I’m a first time software accounting user and patriot made it very easy!

I wish there was a few more ways of adding your owner titles for accounts like a drop down box that says add. Also I could never figure out how to use percentages in some of my work.

I love Patriot for my payroll and taxes and so I really like brand most of all. Customer service is good too.

For 12 years I used Quickbooks and found it far superior to Patriot Accounting in that at the end of the day I had a ledger that was versatile and could generate the reports I needed. Also, I found AP and AR to be far less functional to what I was used to dealing with. Other things too that I can't remember... I just remember being really frustrated.

The price may be the best part of the software.

It is very difficult for our bookkeeper to use so they had to charge us more and we had to stop working with them.

Inexpensive. Sales tax reporting seems to work well.

This software is not ready yet. There are many features that would not work well for a small business. You need the functionality to enter checks and payments without printing checks. I've spoken to support and made suggestions. I'm just evaluating the software to see if I can recommend to my clients who need online accounting software.
