Great fit for any small, but growing business. Easy to set up, and use, clients seemed to like it and the customer service has been solid and very helpful with any questions.
For the most part, Paysimple is great. It's super user friendly and whenever I come across something I need more training on, their staff is there to help.
This program is a great fit for my small but growing business , the customers liked it and I loved it. I mostly used It to set up clients on auto-debit recurring payments.


Ve been fighting with them to return our money and they simply are so inept at their own billing that they can't get our return processed. Horrible company, Horrible customer service.
I tried to cancel our account within the 30 day trial period and they not only didn't issue me return on my payment but charged me for a SECOND month.
At times it can be a little confusing how to do something specific, but there has always been a way, I just had to ask.
