Can track all payments, cancel payments and even refund payments thought the site. Does everything I need it to do for my personal training business.
Very competitive fees and great for EFT's and credit card drafting. I like to be able to track payments, and see graphically how each month compares to each other.
Changing address or other profile issues. Lots of paper work and very "old school" with how it all works.

over the years the service is hit and miss. it's "OK" but could be a lot better from a service standpoint. the product also could use a better design and interface. The "classic" is so much better and functionally usable vs the new interface.
cost effectively enables processing ach payments
software is a bit convoluted, a lot of important things you have to go through hoops and call in to talk to a rep. often told they have to talk to a 3rd party vendor and can't directly help resulting in a lot of delays, mistakes, frustrations etc. making a simple address change requires weeks of pain as an example.

Overall experience is satisfactory.
The thing I liked most about this software was it keeps tracks of your payments easy and ask for payments is simple and safe.
The least thing I liked about this software is that it did glitch or freeze sometimes, hopefully with updates it will clear!

The reporting is useless for me. I use this program to process all our one time and recurring payments throughout the year and am unable to get a yearly total of each customers giving.

I’m very happy with PaySimple.
I’ve been very impressed with the hands-on customer service I’ve received while using PaySimple.
Making one-time payments is difficult for my tenants. Most can’t do it independently.

Pay Simple changed the way we do business. Its easy to use and our clients love it. We went from taking payments on the phone to an online payment system with credit/debit card and ACH payments. The ability we have to accept reoccurring payments also really helped and took our business to the next level.
Affordable, lower rates than other places, great customer service, easy to use and set up.

It has helped simplify collections. Customer service has been good.
Makes it easy to collect credit card and ACH payments
We have to rely on clients to enter the correct payment amounts and they make mistakes. Takes too long from posted date to settlement date. Monthly transaction limits.

Customer service was great reaching out to me in the beginning. I didn't realize until afterwards that I needed a brief introduction but it sure did help getting things up and running correctly.
Easy to maneuver and get credit cards processed, including recurring payments.
It's difficult to figure out where to change or delete information and sometimes difficult to track when an error is made.

Overall great product. We love using it.

Change passwords too often. It doesn't let me select my NEW logo to upload to my invoices.
