Truly love that we do not have to go to the bank to make deposits, I receive notification anytime someone makes a payment and can reconcile very easily. The customer service has been exceptional.
This software is easy to use and very user friendly.
Have not had any issues. It would be great if the software would interact with QuickBooks.

The customer service is usually very helpful and easy to work with anytime we have questions.
You are able to process saved credit cards without the CVC on the app but not on the desktop version. I think this feature needs to be added on the desktop version as well, especially for our company.

It provides another option for our customers to pay for our services.
I don't do the accounting, but I know some franchisees wish some of the integration with Quickbooks was better. For our business it has worked nicely.

Support is great but limited. Way too expensive. Too many hidden fees. Geared toward Quickbooks Online. Not great if you use a different accounting system.
The recurring revenue package works well.
The fee plus all of the hidden fees may this product obsolete in today's marketplace.

My overall experience has been great but PaySimple wasn't a necessity for my company so I stopped paying for it after 6 months.
PaySimple made it really easy for me to bill and to send my invoices to my clients. I love how it automatically generates my invoice once the template is built. Its a very efficient and time saving software!
Not everyone knows PaySimple in my organization and with my clientele. They are used to software like quickbooks and paypal for payments which could be a problem at times.

I’ve used this service for many years. Requested better reports and reporting for all of them. It’s never been done. I have to use quickbooks in tandem as a result.
It’s easy to use. Repeating payments are easy to setup and process.
It has terrible reporting. The dashboard isn’t configurable and would be great for reports, but there is no way to edit it.

Customer service is very friendly and helpful, but sometimes the things I need to change are complicated/confusing and time consuming requiring multiple forms not able to complete online (change of address, limit increase requests etc). Other similar things that are convoluted--In a current situation with a customer who made a chargeback due to not recognizing our business name, and he is confused by steps required to get us non-restricted, and it's been a huge time suck for all parties, and no sign of ending.
Reliable, consistent and easy to use product --lots of options for customizing for your needs.
I did not like how it integrated with Quickbooks Online, and gave up on that after a few weeks--it was faster and more accurate for me to do on my own (trouble matching customers etc).

PaySimple would be exactly that if we could just figure out how to make it work seamlessly with our accounting software. We were told that it would work with Quickbooks back in August, but now we cannot get an answer about how to do this or when it will be available. If someone could advise us how to make this work with Quickbooks so that we did not have to enter invoices twice, that would make us very happy customers.
