I manufacture, sell, and ship industrial coatings worldwide with a strong focus on the Southern states.
It works as advertised! The dashboard only focuses on the essentials you need to know about. The overall structure of the package is utterly logical. You can easily find credit card customers, easily see how much they have purchased, all of the related invoices and the crowning glory of this product is the fact it tells you when the customer actually paid and it tells you immediately. Again the Dashboard...
I cannot think of a complaint I have had in two years of use. I wish I could to balance this report with negatives but there are none. I do wish they had a non-credit card version. Then I could lose my existing accounting package(an expensive subscription).

I adore PaySimple for their all-inclusive payment solution, which has completely changed how my firm operates. The seamless integration of payment processing, online invoicing, and reporting is one of the unique aspects I like most. I can accept a variety of payment options, such as credit cards and electronic payments, with PaySimple, making it convenient for my consumers and increasing my revenue streams. I am able to keep up a polished and effective billing process because to the platform's user-friendly design, which makes it simple to create and send professional invoices. Furthermore, PaySimple's extensive reporting and analytics tools give me important insights into the financial status of my company, empowering me to decide wisely and improve my operations.
Even though my whole experience with PaySimple has been great, the pricing structure would be the thing I dislike the least. I discovered that PaySimple's pricing plans can be a little on the expensive side compared to some other providers of payment solution because I am always mindful of minimizing my spending as a small business owner. Although the platform has great features and functionality, the price may be an issue for companies with tight budgets.

This questionnaire in itself is a bit misleading. Doesn't ask the appropriate questions or cover most of the products or services that pay simple actually offers. Background to my complaint: My company sells supports and services point of sale systems for restaurants in the hospitality segment. Our equipment is not cheap one entire system can easily run from 10 to $25,000. The computers that we sell...
We only use the ACH Product. We like using the ACH product very much. Setting up recurring in ACH accounts is very easy. Managing, suspending or terminating recurring a ACH accounts is also very easy. Paysimple has a very good and accurate reporting system if you know how to use it. Personally, I don't use it too often, it's was a bit confusing at first, but I was able to find my way around. Then I called support and received some guidance.
Paysimple added an online "store" / tool / program/ app. I did not request it, yet I'm forced to pay $49 (ish) monthly for this. We get my ACH bill early in the month and latter in the month we get billed again for this online store product. Mind, you, the store product is actually pretty nice. I'm being emotional and feel as if this was slid under the front door when I was not looking.

Straightforward and streamlined system with few favorable card reader options that does a fantastic job for our recurrent revenue operation.
Recurrent billing schedules, a great POS interface, and customer databases with the ability to store multiple payment methods makes it easy and effortless for new staff to learn and repeat or subscribed customers to use contactless methods of payment.
The price in comparison to some of its peers stands out as disconnected from the goal of driving down per-transaction costs for smaller businesses.

PaySimple gave us the ability to easily send payments links to customers and connect with our online software.
Accessibility and ease of use for customers.
Number of steps to reprocess for a customer payment. In the past, have used systems where you could click on last customer payment, enter new amount and process with 1-2 steps.

Integration from my previous payment processor was easy, plus they easily beat the price.
Wish the reports feature was more broad and customizable. In addition, more functionality with customer database would be awesome. Ideally, partnering a broader reports feature with expanding database functionality would make PaySimple exponentially better.

When I started our little martial arts school, I knew what the industry expected and where things were heading. So, it was important to me to keep my costs low, without sacrificing functionality. I use PaySimple for everything from invoicing our after school programs to staying on top of automated billing each month. For $34.95/month it beats the hell out of the other big brands I've tried like First Data. Not only do I get more for less, but the customer support has been phenomenal each and every time I call.
Ease of use, functionality, ability to generate reports, notices when recurring billing customers have cards that are about to expire.
Too long of a checkout process for online sales. I need to pay for Shopify in order to make the online buying process easier on potential introductory and trial members.

Easy to set up not much else. But their competitors are just as easy
Very expensive compared to the competition. They raised the monthly service fee as well. If you attempt to transfer the account they w ill charge you $499 just to transfer.

Easier for paying of school bills by parents. They love it and seem to pay in a more timely manner.
Easy of implementation and updating on website. Customers are happy with the ease of use and security. Transaction rate is wonderful for non-profit. Previous service was too expensive and took a couple of days to process payments. This is quicker and end of month statements are great.
Able to use on associated church website as well, but can't enter description into a memo line like on school website. Works, but have to have multiple items set us which is different than with the school software.

Payment Portal with recurring payment processing.
Customer Service, Ease of Use, Monthly Reports, low transaction fees, and we havnt experienced any system bugs or outages. Very happy with this system.
In my humble opinion the only negative I see is that the monthly reports that get sent via snail mail have a slightly outdated look. If you dont mind that then this is the payment portal you've been looking for!

over the years the service is hit and miss. it's "OK" but could be a lot better from a service standpoint. the product also could use a better design and interface. The "classic" is so much better and functionally usable vs the new interface.
cost effectively enables processing ach payments
software is a bit convoluted, a lot of important things you have to go through hoops and call in to talk to a rep. often told they have to talk to a 3rd party vendor and can't directly help resulting in a lot of delays, mistakes, frustrations etc. making a simple address change requires weeks of pain as an example.

I went from Square to Paysimple because of their ability to hold customer payment info and for automatic recurrent payments. They have a lower charge per transaction and offer electronic check. This saves me about 8 hours a month and money per transaction. They also offer a calendar, but I have yet to make the switch to that at this time. Their customer service has been outstanding.

At times it can be a little confusing how to do something specific, but there has always been a way, I just had to ask.

The customer service is usually very helpful and easy to work with anytime we have questions.
You are able to process saved credit cards without the CVC on the app but not on the desktop version. I think this feature needs to be added on the desktop version as well, especially for our company.

It allows user to set up monthly/quarterly or annually auto-debits for recurring customers which most of business offering subscription uses.
Its expensive, the transaction charges are not competitive. In case you want negotiation over charges you need to do big transactions

I use PaySimple to collect monthly rent and loan payments using Recurring Payments. I love it. My Tenants and Borrowers all say they like it too. No need to write, mail or deposit checks. Having it set up as an auto-pay makes it more of a hard reality for the Payers. It's not optional. They can't just hold off mailing for a few days. If they need to delay a payment they need to call me ahead of time, otherwise it's going to cause a Late Charge.
I can't think of any cons. The price has gone up several times since I started using it, but it still feels like a very good value for what I get in return and all the work it saves me.

There customer service is great! I'm not too good at dealing with programs like this but they were there to train me.
I don't know how much of this is there fault but credit card processing seems to be expensive. I think it is mostly due to the card companies though.
