Pros

Overall performance is good. Comparing to the cost benefits are greater by cost & benefit analysis, Suitable for Small & Medium Sized Enterprises.
Nothing much really, it is pretty much like a free software I had on my first IMac in 1997. I have seen pretty good reviews on the internet and really cannot understand why.
Most functions are easily located and you can choose a number of them from one screen. The software has very good reports which is an important factor to management.

Pros

It has a great interface and the best part is the design of the invoices is crisp, clean and exactly how you want it. Their customer service is SPOT ON.
Having a clean, organized, and beautiful interface instills confidence in our brand -- and we're obsessed with it.
Always amazing, willing to help, and they talk to me like a human being. Definitely one of my favorite companies out there.

Cons

Their Customer service is terrible purchasing any monthly service through them is risky , make sure you keep all bills , emails and transcripts of phone calls.
Comparing the software to QuickBooks, I think there is a lack of efficiency in entering Journal Entries especially when you happen to find a problem that originated in a prior year.
Customer Service is Horrible. Their SAGE cloud does not work.

Cons

I was introduced to Blinksale about 6 months in and my only regret is not having used it sooner. A must for freelancers and small business owners new and old.
The one complaint I had was that you couldn't reorder lines in an invoice or estimate. But, after a quick chat response w Patrick, I felt heard & within a couple of months, that feature was added.
Blinksale has helped me manage my invoices and payments so much more than I thought it would. Running a small business on your own can be very difficult.
