Easy to use

Simple and easy to use system, exactly what we needed for our small to medium business

I use the software in my business and I am also an approved reseller.

I like that I can enter everything needed to track on invoices.  I can download a list of all the PO#'s for the job site and track deliveries on it.  All information I need to do my job can be noted in the program.

The only two things that I would like to be able to do is 
1) Be able to sort PO's by the "FROM" column.  When I am looking to duplicate cost codes, or other information, off of a PO that another person created I have to download a new PO report.  We don't always use the same vendor, so it takes a little time to track it. 
2) I wish the "purchase" and "rental" drop down menu was actually just a button to click. When a person is in a hurry, it's really easy to skip over that and not change it. Then the corporate office has to go in and change it. 

Other than that, I have enjoyed the program. I no longer have to create my own logs, PO#s, or tracking program. 

It has worked well for what the company needs it to do.
