Pros

The Customer Support,(is excellent, very nice and helpful. Cost of program is great value.
Software has great features and flexibility. Customer support has been fantastic.
Property Matrix is a good program and system and the support is amazing.

Pros

Instant reminders, being able to access information through the cloud are all very important features for our clients. Great customer support, good follow up as well.
Simplicity, clarity, excellent customer support, cost effective. Should have gone with re-leased from the start.
Good Maintenance Hub and Works Ordering is simple and very effective. Great that you can keep as much information in the Notes and Document folders.

Cons

The app does not work at all, so our maintenance staff has been unable to implement. The accounting features are not what we hoped for in regards to CAM functionality.
There are a few minor nuances that are odd, but they take customer feedback very seriously and are currently constructing an update that will remove those oddities.
The maintenance app simply does not work. I cannot run a maintenance report, or, if I can, it is not easy to figure out how to do it.

Cons

Not sure if I have any criticism at the moment being relatively new to the organisation and systems.
Terminology can be confusing to the individual users. Not a lot of support for building maintenance.
No access to software from my smartphone or pad.
