Quickbooks has been around forever. Great support, ease of use, strait to the point, and integrates with my Honeybook CRM software.
My only con is that Quickbooks has not moved to what other CRM software's include.

Honeybook is the perfect CRM for our company! It's so easy to use, and it has truly changed the way my company streamlines the booking and communication process. I would never switch to a different CRM.
I love the ability to use Honeybook in place of standard email. It makes the process of searching for specifics discussions significantly easier. I also really love the proposal templates, ease of invoicing, and the ability for my proposals to double as contracts. I LOVE the app!
I wasn't able to easily use connect to Quickbooks online.

Overall I love it. It makes me look more professional, it integrates with everything I need it to, and I haven’t missed any appointments since I started. I love not having to have my husband track down paper contracts that the dogs may or may not have eaten (literally!) 😮
I like the auto saving, the lead capture and how it embeds in my Squarespace website, and the ability to integrate with Quickbooks. Oh and the online contract signing! 🙌🏼

I love the pre made templates the the fact I can create my own, a lot of my videos are priced and templates and saves me a ton of time.
The quickbooks is a little iffy, for example if I put a discount it quickbooks doesn’t account for that and says they still owe money.

8/10. Once the client has paid the first time, their automated recurring payment solution is working really well for me.
I moved away from Quickbooks online because they didn't have an easy way to send customers automatic recurring invoices. Honeybook had pre-built service agreements along with the automated recurring payments feature I needed for my business. It was appealing to work with them because set up was very easy to get what we needed up and running
After a client pays their invoice, it usually takes 12-24 hours for Honeybook to send me a confirmation email saying they've paid. This is (I don't use this word often) absurd. With Quickbooks, I know payment confirmation comes in within 10 minutes. Especially if I am going to start work with a client right as they pay, this hurdle in their platform stops me from getting to work right away. It usually leads to me emailing my customer "Did you pay the invoice?" then them replying "I did!" then me looking into Honeybook wondering why the heck it hasn't come in and making me look foolish to my client... Then I finally get the notification the next day. It's the #1 feature request they need to get updated.

We love HoneyBook- it has made running a business with just 2 of us possible!!
We use the tasks feature daily to organize our leads - being able to track where they come from is essential, as is the ability to customize the workflow to schedule follow-up messages and email templates. The integration with our accounting software (QuickBooks Online) was seamless and has made bookkeeping much easier. Having all of our project data in one place is also huge for us!
With larger brochures and projects with more messages, it can take some time for everything to load. There are some limited features in the mobile app but neither has been significantly disruptive.

This software is easy to use, even for someone as technically challenged as I am. It is easy to set up and even allows you to “test run” things before going live. Templates make it easy to create everything from emails to brochures to invoices and more! And it integrates with our online marketing so well. We love it!
I wish it offered an online gallery and store for photographers.

It it just did asset tracking and accounts payable it would be the ideal system
the ease of use and cloud based service I could access anywhere. The CRM aspect allowed easy lead tracking
There were limited automations available to base upon events in the system. There is no accounts payable or expense tracking to tie to projects or even in general which forces you to use something like Quickbooks as well.

From set up and transition of my current clients to editing templates for incoming clients - HoneyBook has made client management for me a dream!!
I have been searching for a CRM that was intuitive and HoneyBook FINALLY fit the bill!
The only thing that is missing for me right now is that there are no integrations with other accounting programs besides quickbooks, and that the task management portion isn't quite as robust as I would like it to be.

It’s been really great! I’ve had nothing but friendly and professional interactions from the staff at HoneyBook.
The ease of use for sending invoices, contracts, and online brochures (PDF documents).
I wish there was a reward system to offer my clients. Something that would give them a discount on their next purchase with me once they’ve spent a certain amount with our business. It would be nice if HoneyBook could integrate that option.

I have zero regrets investing in HoneyBook. I made my money back on tips on the first year alone. They are constantly developing new features to support their creative community. My customers, for the most part, find it very user-friendly and intuitive. I get bookings faster. I get paid faster. I get paid ON TIME most of the time - just incredible. The project stage tracking is a great reminder for ME, to make sure I don't miss a step (or a beat) with a customer. And outside of the software, there is a whole community based around HoneyBook - I haven't tapped into that much yet but I know it's strong and a very supportive and positive force.
The BEST feature of HoneyBook is transitioning from paper and emails to a completely online system.
Maybe if we could go back to old proposals to duplicate them? I know when you start a new proposal, the last few pop up to duplicate... I would like to be able to duplicate any. I have return customers and though it's minimal, it would save time entering their data.

The online contracts have been fabulous. The smart bar that highlights where to sign makes life so simple!
No other invoicing software that I've used compares to HoneyBook. I get paid quickly and without any issues.
Some of my clients were hesitant to switch from paper copies to online, but that is a generational issue. There is nothing about the software that I dislike!

Overall, I love honey book and it has helped me with time and customer management. Also has helped me collect money online.
I love that I can keep track of multiple customers and send custom reply’s with a click of a button. Easy to collect money and send payment schedules.
If I absolutely had to say something I didn’t like. It would be that I wish I could upload bigger pictures so that I could make better brochures/ contracts.

Great software, it was very close to what I was looking for out of the box. Customizing it for my business and workflow has been easy and I’m beginning to train employees now.
Ease of use, basic setup and easy to navigate with robust options for integrations and connecting all of my online tools.
I wish the software would automatically create a project once i change the stage to Booked. It would cut down on time of double entering a client for a contact and then for the project.

I can focus more time on design, and I don't feel like I have to reinvent the wheel to keep my business running smoothly. My least favorite business task is accounting so watching proposals go through, invoices get paid, and having it all integrate into my quickbooks has been awesome!
It's easy to use, and has helped me keep my projects flowing smoothly, and on schedule. I especially enjoy the invoice and email templates.
I wish there were a few more design options for the inquiry form that's integrated into my website. I'd love for the fonts to match!

AMAZING! I love everything about it!
How organized it is and also all the features! Follow up reminders, pie charts, automated payment reminders, online payment scheduling, brochures.. seriously everything!
The one thing I would love would be to swipe right on the projects (Like in the gmail app on emails) or some feature that would make it super easy to mark the project as complete and it disappears from the home but goes somewhere else so it can still be reviewed and is still being accounted for in the income. Or maybe there is a feature like this already and I just haven't figured it out yet lol

Absolutely love it. One of the best parts is you are never left alone with their customer service its like having somebody there to walk you though any issues you may run into.
HoneyBook literally organizes your entire business workflow. It simplifies the tasks that used to stress me out like crazy and ensures that everything is run perfectly and professionally.
the only con is that the application has a bug. one in particular where I cannot send my new brochures to my client. they won't pop up in the app. I have to send them online.

I was using QuickBooks exclusively for invoicing my clients for my venue and would have to manually enter every months payments, with HoneyBook, they automatically invoice for you once the payment dates are entered into the contract/proposal field. This has saved countless hours of my personal time that can now be achieved with the use of HB!!
Absolutely love the interface, setup and ease of use of HoneyBook! Great tutorials available to help get set up! If you are considering it, by all means take the chance..... you will absolutely LOVE IT!!!
There are so many options and tools available that it can seem overwhelming to set up and Ford take some time l, but you will be so glad you did once the setup is over!

Overall, I am willing to grow with the project since it has been so amazing so far!
I just love that everything that is needed for a online service business is there, The contact form right until the feedback request can be automated and processed.
I am not too crazy about not being able to have one client on multiple workflows and the calendar feature is not as robust.

Honeybook has organized my life! This is so easy to use and customize. There are great videos on YouTube to get you started. Virtually your entire business (processes, transactions, communications, etc.) are all in ONE place.
Being able to send invoices and contracts to clients, they sign and pay online. This is all done is such a professional and sleek manner - makes me look impressive.
Paying the 3 percent fee on client payments using credit cards.
