I was hoping to use it as a one-stop-shop but that was a task in futility. Now we online use it to reconcile our books. We had major trouble integrating our files between Quickbooks and Invoice2Go and our existing Estimates and Invoices were never converted. After several failed attempts we gave up on both.
The General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation aspects of the software are most useful for us. It allows us to see our Cash Flow and understand the health of the business and be better able to make informed decisions
From a novice perspective the entire software is difficult to use. I tred severla times to do my own accounting and made something short of a nasty mess. Creating Categories and preoperly categorizing the expenses was most challenging. Setting the rules for similar transactions was none the more fun. We had to hire a book keeper/accountant with extensive knowledge of Quickbooks Online to clean it up, prepare the reports for Filing and show us the health of our business. Much much too difficult for no-brainers

I am thankful that I did not have to start from scratch to create a professional looking invoice, Invoice2go made it easy. Thankfully I am also able to accept online payments which saves me time that I can be working! In this day and age there is never enough time in the day to get things done, but Invoice2go software was there to help me try!
Simplicity! I did not plan to start a document consultant, it was just an opportunity that I couldn't pass up. Finding Invoice2go enforced that thought. Setup was easy, the site walked me through in just a few easy steps. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the website included Invoice2go Money which I hope to be able to use in the future. All the documents are stored online for later retrieval and use. Another convenience is the integration with QuickBooks. Honestly, if you can navigate QuickBooks, Invoice2go will be easy too.
Well, I did not like the fact that the advertisement for Invoice2go stated there is no credit card needed for setup. When I decided to give Invoice2go a try I had to wait to get to my credit cards because it needed a credit card to setup. I will say that I applied to the Invoice2go Money which was probably why it asked, this section can be skipped. Additionally, one needs to subscribe to PayPal's Business Account in order to be linked.

Very positive and it helps keep me organized , I’ve been using this system for well over 10 years.
The ability to generate and send invoice over text, or email . The new project folder is also very helpful in keeping various invoices from the same project in one place.
Accepting Apple Pay online and via text would be exceptional.

After using Invoice2go for years, our accountant recommended switching over to Intuit Quickbooks. We will be switching back to invoice2go very soon.
VERY user friendly for people who are not tech-savvy. Offers a lot of different features like customizing invoicing, estimates, appointment tracking, mile tracking, purchase orders, etc.
Every product/service description is automatically saved. Would like to enter products and services separately only to then add to each estimate and invoice.

Love it
I needed an easy to use invoicing software for my startup. After looking at several options (and even trying a couple of others-briefly) I found and started using Invoice2go. I like the simplicity, the ability to customize and their customer service is very responsive.
I haven’t had any issues. My bookkeeper has been wanting to integrate to Quickbooks and I just saw that feature has been added…so no complaints

We really liked invoice to go and wanted to use it the interface is fast simple. And visually appealing. It’s easy to use in the field, too quickly email invoices to clients.
However, it’s a little bit troublesome because it doesn’t seem to integrate with other systems like quickbooks etc. So I tend to be more tailored for an owner-operator business and doesn’t scale as well as other solution.

Highly recommend for new business owners.
We tried to switch from quickbooks to Invoice2Go and we were highly impressed! It's truly a simple, intuitive app. It allows for us to collect payments, send invoices and track expenses. It's quick to set up an invoice and send. We loved it!
We simply outgrew the software. Our business developed into a multi faceted business and we needed something more robust. Highly recommend Invoice2Go if you are a small business. It will help elevate you to the next level.

9 out of 10
Multiple reasons- Online, Phone App, accounting, recurring invoices, reporting, customization in designing, reminders, estimates
Every thing works perfect for my business except these two issues: 1. Sender email ID "MUST" be of the company not invoice2go, it confuses the client and give a negative impact on branding 2. Also under recurring invoices there should be yearly recurring of invoices as well

This would've become my default invoicing app if it weren't so overpriced and connected with Square. They now force users to sign-up for their own custom online payment gateway.
Can quickly create branded invoices and send to clients from phone or web. Can accept payments through online payment gateways. Good sales and expense project tracking
Plans are too expensive. $4.99/mo allows 2 invoices/mo; $8.49/mo allows 5 invoices; $40 allows unlimited invoices.

Invoices2go is a very easy invoice system with limited features. It is a solid invoice system but not many bells and whistles. Easy to send to customers. Quotes can also be approved online from customers or office staff can approve to move it forward.
The software is very intuitive and does not need much training to know how to use and access the data, send invoices or create quotes. Easy to post payments without going into each invoice.
The reporting options are very limited and it would be beneficial to be able to have more options to customize reports. It is frustrating that there is no way to make notes related to communications with customers. Another option would be to actually see the actual emails sent from the system. There is only the "sent" notation but you can't actually see the emails or dates sent from the system. There was a feature to set appointments from within the software that was a great feature but then went away with an upgrade. It has come back but there was notification of the changes so workarounds had to be implemented outside of the software.

The limit of 2500 words in my previous review simply wasn't enough for me to extoll the virtues of the program. And so to continue: ' I am on speed dial to technical support. They know me by name. They are really nice people, but whenever they say they will get the engineers to look at the problem, that's the kiss of death. They have yet to resolve even one issue for me. They have never found...
