Overall I am pleased with QuickBooks so far as I just started this business I will know more once the next tax season comes and I need to prepare my tax filing. But I would recommend at this time.

QBO is the Default go to Accounting Business Software

Venmo is a great option as most people are now using it.   It is still hard to find our business even with the exact handle and there is no way to retract a payment if sent to wrong person.  That's a little nerve racking if a client gets our @name wrong.    
It's a great payment app for personal use, but not the best for a business

Overall, I use this for petty cash transactions and also, see the activities of my friends etc. We can restrict our activities to friends/private or public. Some merchants allows to pay for online transactions, sometime it shows under paypal -> Pay with venmo. We can see the friends and their activity. We can use the Venmo card wisely and we can track the purchases
