There is a learning curve.... BUT... once you have done that learning... there are heaps of daily benefits. We make about 60 products and we sell to a relatively small market 0.1 % of population. We use Reckon Online....Generally ok BUT.... it logs you out while you are with a client... especially near the end of the day.In some cases it is difficult to get back online.... but that is part of the learning curve..The search function is fabulous BUT you have to click the mouse... argh.. yes you cam press <enter> but nothing happens till you click the mouse.

Its functionality and ease of use .. the technical support team are fantastic and always there to answer all questions

All customers and there would be easier to have to just put a letter of the alphabet in and it went to them only no having to scroll thru and my accountant should be able to use it too specially of EoFY

I like the how much you can get out of it for the price, compared to others in the market. It is easy to correct errors and has all the reports you need for small business, and has unlimited users. I also love that Reckon One is Australian Owned.

Some of the functions are aren't quite there, needs an on screen calculator for one.

After learning the program it does what we need

Some quirkiness with management of reports but generally it is good to work with for our purposes.

Reckon reporting is excellent and flexible to tailoring

At time the intuitive feature of Reckon catches me out, I constantly need to watch for this as sometimes a transaction that I repeat may need to be entered to a different GL code or tax code etc

The ease of setting up catergories such as assets, liabilties etc

Some reports are not that easy to find For example when looking for and company an amount - those sort of searches

This product is ideal for my business and my clients

I am happy with this product as it is. My accountant is also happy with the reports

Very easy to use and keep track of expenses, income, invoices and employees. The Reckon Technical support are available with the annual subscription and have been very helpful on a number of occasions.

It is quite expensive, but has met all the requirements of our small business.

Affordable, easy to learn, user-friendly surface, love BAS function in Tax.

1. I hope I could group process some functions, for example accepting bank transactions in banking.2. It’s not user friendly in mobile devices, but if this will rise the cost, then I can live without it.

There is no aspect of Reckon I don’t like

I have used Reckon (formerly Quickbooks) for almost 19 years. I find it easy to work with, and the customer support, or technical support is excellent.

Only that each upgrade makes it a nuisance to have to relearn things - but that is just because I prefer to work with - if it is not broken dont fix it.

payroll is very easy to set up and to preocess

i don't have any issues with using the program

It was always reliable for us the only reason we moved on was by recommendation of our accountant

The cost was higher than other products, Other products integrated better with other products that we were/are using

i like Reckon Accounts. It is quick to print all the reports such as transaction lists and general ledger.

It is a bit slow to export reports into excel.

It is easy for a non-digital person like myself. Also, behind-the-scenes customer service is respectful and highly productive.

Nothing that I can think of right now. I use Reckon App mainly for Single Touch Payroll reporting to the Australia Tax Office for myself and one other employee in my business.

Billing and Invoicing is very easy to use.

It’s easy to follow once setup. If you can’t understand any changes to your process the contact and follow up to assist you is immediate.

Nothing at all. The product was fit for purpose.

Easy to navigate and can handle multiple entities.

No weekend tech support though understandable in these days and age. Costs for provding weekend support may be prohibitive.

All I require is basic payroll functionality & STP. Reckon One is capable of much more than I need or want to use.

Considering that I am using so little of the functionality I was unimpressed that the cost rose by 20% in the first 6 months of use

Bargain price for a freelance business. Easily integrate with your bank accounts for easy bank reconciliation. Great Dashboard for quick critical information.

Not many integrations, lack of detailed user guide for setting up extra modules within the software.
