Sage 50 has performed inconsistently for the past year. We migrated from the desktop version. We intermittently required their support to reestablish connection to our network. Today they refused to assist unless we upgraded our support at 2X the cost. Sketchy business practices.

I use Sage 50 on a daily basis for me and my customers as we are a bookkeeping practice. It is the best software for us to work with. Easy to use and to maintain

Our overall experience with Sage50 Cloud Accounting is very good.  We have been using this software for many years and have never considered changing to an alternative.  The software meets our companies needs and we are a happy customer.

A great accounting software for all types of businesses. Easy to use and easy to learn, as a first time user I was able to use most of its functionality. Report function made it a whole lot easier to generate quarterly and end of month financial statements.

In general it is good and easy software. For a private limited company it is best accounting software to keep business record.

Peachtree software is the best accounting software, it can be used for all kinds of accounting records

Short term use then they killed access to all payroll data

Useless for small business as you now are forced to keep paying update fees or they disable your sof

Our business closed due to COVID-19, we called in November of 2020 to let them know we wouldn't be renewing our subscription for payroll services in 2021 but, needed to figure out how to print out the 4th quarter returns and W-2's.  We were advised it wouldn't be a problem but, they had not updated the tax forms for the yearend yet.  Today, we got a different answer......SOL, you don't renew your subscription you don't have access to the forms.......after being a customer for over 20 years this is their thank you ~ NOT!

Overall I think that though not perfect, it's as good as we can get for the budget

My overall experience with MYOB Business has been mostly positive. It’s a reliable tool for handling all our core accounting functions, including reconciling accounts, managing payroll, sending invoices, and tracking transactions. The platform offers a good level of detail, and once set up, it’s easy to navigate day-to-day tasks. However, syncing MYOB with other software, like Total Synergy, can sometimes be a bit challenging, which interrupts the otherwise smooth workflow. Despite these occasional hiccups, it’s an efficient solution for managing our finances.

Difficult to find problem relating to prior year. Lack of Efficiency while entering Journal Entry.

But as you begin to actually understand accounting and your bookkeeping goes on and on you discover some very frightening things about Quickbooks.

We are also constrained by the # of fields within the payroll module--as far as the category in which the employee worked. We also lament the lack of integration with our bank, microsoft programs etc.

When I called in, someone took my name for the supervisor to call me back, and that never happened. This is the worst customer service I have seen in years.

Sage50 is a widely used product for a good reason. Sage is very user friendly and combines many of the necessary items for businesses.

Horrible customer service. To support that statement: I've been on hold for 1 hour 43 minutes and I'm still on hold.
