Pros

There is room to make the software/service even better, and I hope the company decides to further invest in the features and capabilities. But even as is, it is a good service.
It's a fantastic way to store recipes and track expenses. The team is responsive and the app is user friendly.
Shoeboxed helps to make that process easy by just dropping everything in an envelope and a few days later it is scanned in our account which we can then save or import into accounting software.

Pros

This software helps parse data from receipts, invoices, and the like, and I love that there is a software that can do all of this automatically for me.
Itemize it's a great way to know what are you paying for and if the price is good or not, or maybe you just want to get data of all the money you are using on what you buy.
App itself is pretty good though it does have the capability to freeze up on occasion when trying to save a receipt. Don't love the subscription model, but it is what it is.

Cons

I finally lost it, they have no live chat which they say they do. I sent an online message, I emailed them again and called and left a message threatening them.
I told them they had to back date to the email July 13 and give all money back, they said no, they charged me 3 months I never used. My credit card refunded me in the end.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have called and emailed.

Cons

The only downside to the software is it sometimes miss reads the receipt and put the wrong label or price.
There is no major con that i can complain about at this moment.
The app sometimes crashes, which though is not a major drawback sometimes can be frustrating especially when you are in a hurry.
