Pros

There is room to make the software/service even better, and I hope the company decides to further invest in the features and capabilities. But even as is, it is a good service.
It's a fantastic way to store recipes and track expenses. The team is responsive and the app is user friendly.
Shoeboxed helps to make that process easy by just dropping everything in an envelope and a few days later it is scanned in our account which we can then save or import into accounting software.

Pros

NeatDesk did make it easier to keep up with receipts and invoices for tax time, and its autofill/reader was usually pretty good.
I can’t really say anything good as I have a scanner that is non operational 90% of the time.
Been trying to get help from customer support for over a month. Seems customer support stops in a month unless you use there paid monthly plans.

Cons

I finally lost it, they have no live chat which they say they do. I sent an online message, I emailed them again and called and left a message threatening them.
I told them they had to back date to the email July 13 and give all money back, they said no, they charged me 3 months I never used. My credit card refunded me in the end.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have called and emailed.

Cons

Seriously, this is ridiculous. I will be finding an alternative, even if it means buying a different scanner.
When you no longer need it they extort you to pay to keep access to your receipts and documents.
So even if I don’t need their services anymore, I have to pay for them. They offered me the option of downloading each receipt one at a time.
