The website has lots of extra information and videos to help answer questions. The payroll system can be integrated with my schedule system I use for rosters and timesheets for staff.

It can be hard to understand the steps required when first using the software.

It is a great payroll system. I love using it and would not change to anything else.

I find the only thing that is abit of a pain, would be when I sign in to smartly i have to find my phone to get my code to actually get in.
