This has more than any other service I have used, it is an excellent Cross Platform (Windows, iOS, Android, and BlackBerry) POS and Stock Management and Sales Report System, I could not hope for much more! I you like the option of adding details or simplicity, this is for you!
Best of all it is cloud based, making the cross platform usage very handy! No more CSV file transfers! And live automatic synchronisation! Everything you do is also archived and remotely backed up or exportable, so nothing is accidentally lost!
I especially like it's Invoice / Estimates Generator, and automated Monthly Customer Account Email Statements, Cost Versus Price Calculator, various Price levels per customer type., discount feature, and so much more!
I also love how it lets you see customised and exportable reports of expenses, VAT, profit, and even item sales counts, which many systems like this do not have!
Very Easy to use, extremely detailed in every aspect great product library management, customisable sales reports (including time scales)
Products can be grouped by custom named categories and item sales counts are including in sales reports
Needs Barcode Input Field for product (unless you use the "Product Name" field for SKUs and.or Barcodes) (and a Barcode Scanner)
Could do with an image utility for products
Needs Product Fields for Brands, Suppliers details (with exception of "Cost" field , and labelling custom pricing levels instead)
Could do with an App section for Brands, and Suppliers
Would be useful to be able to distinguish between Labour Products and Physical Products
Would be great to have timed hourly services, expense items (taxabe or tax deductable).~~
Would be nice to have a Orders in with Good received Forms/Section including postage costs.
