Pros

The software is good, the API and connetivity is good, the new catalog upgrade will be very helpful for us. And the support team is EXCELLENT.
Recurly's modern UI, simple UX, and excellent customer care team have really allowed me to focus on business growth.
In general is pretty good, easy to search the clients and have an overview of the clients.

Pros

I love the convenience and ease of an online bank like chime. My deposit was processed quickly and I hope to be able to use it more soon.
My pros for Chime Banking are its a wonderful bank there tech support is awesome. All your banking needs are always met.
We have made our own suggestions for system improvement and have seen a good portion of those implemented so far. Our customer success manager - has been fantastic.

Cons

We have been a customer of theirs for over three years and its so disappointing to feel ripped off this way.
Charged us thousands of dollars for collecting on a single bill.
M missing some tooltips that would guide me through the software which such business impact.

Cons

I used to have a hard time trying to manage the over-draft fees and still have enough to live on. With Chime if I am having a hard time they will spot me with problems and no overdraft charges.
Nothing to talk about cause they are horrible absolute horrible they just lie and promise and do not deliver especially their sales dept , managers anyone. That they working there.
My only complaint about Chime is the 3.74 fee to load cash onto my card.
