Pros

I really like that it is very user friendly and has a very small learning curve. I was not given the best training on putting in expense reports so I had to teach myself.
Overall Suti has been great to work with. We look forward to getting more comfortable with the software and would recommend the software to other companies.
The technical support for SutiExpense is excellent. I definitely recommend SutiExpense to anyone searching for an expense reporting application backed by excellent service.

Pros

Overall, I would recommend this over other expensing tools. It is modern, they have mobile capabilities, and the support was excellent when needed.
The Tech support is very good and very willing to help if you have any kind of issues.
A total time-saver for everyone involved. The customer service has been outstanding, helping answer our questions every step of the way.

Cons

The only problem I have run into was when I needed to take a pic of a receipt on SutiExpense App from my Android device and I was unable to do it.
I have also experienced trouble with the app on my iPad not wanting to orientate in the horizontal position, which makes it extremely difficult to use my keyboard.
Its inability to recognize time limits set up for flights.

Cons

So many features are not working properly or missing. If you are a cafe or restaurant this system may work for you.
Very aggravating interface. I believe they have deceptive marketing practices.
This has been the worst business decision we have made. We were looking for a case management software to streamline increase efficiency.
