What is TackPay?

Cloud-based payment processing solution that helps businesses and individuals receive and manage customer tips digitally through QR codes, web links, and NFCs. The algorithm processes the payment and sends it directly to individual team members based on the rules set. The money does not pass through corporate accounts but is sent to individual staff e-wallets.

I love how easy it is to use and how kind and responsible the people who work at customer service are.

Pros

It’s really easy to use, as a waitress, you can see how your clients feel about your service and the withdrawal of the tips is easy to request and the payments are done quickly and safely. Would recommend 100%.

Cons

I haven’t had any problems with the app.

Pros

Once it is set up it is super easy to use and also it provides a state of the art user friendly experience. Could not imagine our restaurants without it!

Cons

I cannot think of any cons regarding the use of TackPay.

It's been amazing! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been helping me from moment one, he has been super patience and really easy to understand. About the software, is been amazing, our tip based team is really happy with the fact that now tips cans be virtual. It has been really good experience.

Pros

The fact that the commission are not really high allows any based team in companies to get even more tips thanks to this.

Cons

The fact that I can not select an specific date to see the tips collected.

Tackpay allows employee engagement, it facilitates the relationship between customers and workers and it can be used to maximize tipping and feedback opportunities.

Cons

Tackpay operates outside legacy accounting softwares: this provides flexibility and an additional revenue source. It is an opportunity that the hospitality industry is just discovering now, as the great resignation trend is consolidating.
