Our Experience with TaxCloud has been great.

Pros

We got great service from the sales team at TaxCloud

Cons

No live call on-demand support. It would be nice to be able to pick up the phone and call a representative.

Customer Service

I entered the information wrong and that was my fault. I needed help on changing this information and your customer service refused to help because I haven’t paid. If I don’t know if this isn’t going to work correctly then I am not going to pay for the product yet.

Didn’t get to try this out and I have NO Pros

Cons

Customer service is non existent unless you purchase maybe. I don’t know because I couldn’t get ANY help and was told I didn’t have a paid plan and refused to help.
