Its flexibility and ease of use put Intervals in a class all its own in my opinion. Works great for our needs.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

The receipt picture function is great too. I like Nexonia because it is pretty user friendly. I haven't had to use customer service yet so I'm not certain how good that would be. It is cloud-based and therefore perfect for mobile management of staff expenses in my organization.I love the approval workflow , and how Nexonia integrates seamlessly with our inhouse ERP tools. The time off functionality is reliable and well built. I don't find that there is many product updates, which would be nice, but the value for money overall is good, and I would recommend. Although we are only a small company, we were trying to manually record our employees' holiday and sick leave as well as days in lieu, but found that we were losing track of vital information.

If an error is missed and needs to be corrected after initial payroll is processed there is no way to do this between Tsheets and ADP. There appears to be no way to brake out workers comp codes. The tracking feature is nice and the ease of use of both the desktop and mobile app are great.

It was very customizable and the help desk was great. Coupled with the added burden of the 1095-c and the need to manually update various records because Ascentis has software issues, it is disappointing. They are unable to give timeframes on fixing the problems and seem unconcerned. Support is terrible and rarely responds, and when they do it's normally a condescending conversation. Ve used Kinnser for over 8 years and will look for another solution which is sad. Worse, there were modules that simply didn't work and they were not able to fix them. We cut our losses and moved to another system and are very, very happy.
