Advanced Subscription Tools

TRACT goes beyond simple recurring payments, with advanced subscriptions tools that involve rating, metering, scheduled charges, tiered, tapered, bundled, and usage-based billing. TRACT uses proven technology to power its subscription features.

With TRACT, you can set rules for rate plans, rollovers, balances, and allowances. You can also set up usage-based charges, which may be applied to specific events, and process your subscribers’ authorization and provisioning requests in real-time.

Usage & Metering

TRACT has leveraged advanced technology to parse and process billions of transactions from disparate systems. Once they’re processed, these transactions are then distilled into billable events as quickly as TRACT receives them. Users can manage the entire order-to-cash lifecycle. This includes offers, orders, usage-based billing, customized invoicing, payments, collections, entitlements, revenue assurance, forecasting, revenue allocation, and contracting.

In addition to usage-based charging, TRACT supports other sophisticated methods of charging. Multi-element pricing includes rating, metering, scheduled charges, tiers, tapered, and bundled.

Customer Management

Having easy access to subscriber data allows account representatives to quickly take care of customer requests and concerns. TRACT puts customer information at the forefront, with role-based rules that account representatives can use to access past orders, customer accounts, activity and usage details, invoices, payments, and complete service histories.

With TRACT’s customer management features, you’re able to seamlessly collect payments for charges from subscribers, and update subscriptions based on customer requests. You can also add, edit, or delete account details. TRACT supports multiple bill and ship contacts.

CRM Integration

Using a library of REST and SOAP APIs, TRACT enables the integration of disparate systems associated with accounts receivables.

TRACT comes with pre-integrated connectors for major ERP, CRM, and payment processors. You can use these to shorten implementation times.

Custom Dashboards & Analytics

TRACT offers configurable user dashboards, which come with built-in analytics tools. These tools offer real-time visibility, and they provide users with detailed information about revenue streams.

Gotransverse for subscription billing

Once the initial configuration was in place, the maintenance is low and the stability of the system is high. It allows multiple configuration options that cover most of the use cases out of the box.

Pros

It allowed us to launch very quickly our service without a team in place.

Cons

There were some use cases that were not covered for our specific market which required a more complex integration.
