Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.

Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

If I had to go back and make the decision again I would still go with this software. Goal was to handle sales pipeline and contract manufacturing; sales people didn't like to use it. Free version is good value, but paid version is expensive when compared to competitive products.

Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Really happy with a couple of features I cannot find elsewhere, which helps our companies efficiency and flow. With Avaza I have better control over the timeline and status of my projects. I love the invoicing and ability to send out the invoices and communications directly from the app. Avaza allows me to keep all my clients and their individual projects in one place without sorting through a maze of emails (or worse - missing an email).

Terrible breaking between Quickbooks and Xero for existing customers. Failed multiple time on cash transfers, racked up charges. While not perfect, Plooto has been great for us to help clients manage their A/P at scale at fees that are lower than the banks charge.

BThe accounts payable section is well put together and easy to use. I am very pleased with Cosmolex and have recommended it to other solo and small practitioners. Including LawPay in the package is a huge added bonus. Usually my questions are not urgent, but if we ever needed something immediately, my worry is that it might not happen in time.

If there is something specific I am looking for (like a document) I can always find it easily because of the layout. Nice platform, easy to use, pricing is a little higher when you start to add features, great for small to midsized business, can be used by multiple users. Nice place to start for a beginner. Overall, we love the software. We just wish the communication was better for the implementation process and that we had someone walk us through on how to use the program.

Also I loved the user interface an the ease of access. FreshBooks contain superb features such as it can easily track all of our incomes and expenses. Hence it is the best business software for finance, sales and marketing. Freshbooks should be facing fraud charges and or a Class Action lawsuit. I expect either very shortly in the future.
