Pros

I hope I filled out the star ratings correctly-- you guys are the best!!! we have had water works. About 10 years and this is a wonderful software, it is customer friendly and I would not want.
I am very pleased with LMS Waterworks, I myself have been using it for going on 14 years and it was installed before I became the City Clerk. Terri is amazing for help.
I like working overall with this software it's user friendly, reports are fast and easy, and working with great friendly people to help when we need help.

Pros

We love the reports the best. It helps with becoming more accurate in billing for our customers.
It is a easy to use, top-notch billing system for a great price. And the people at Muni-Link are awesome.
What I like best is that it is cloud based, easy to navigate, and the customer service is wonderful.

Cons

I have had instances when the customer status is inactive and I'll go back and find a credit balance on the account of this penalty. I just have to watch for then and take off the credit balance.
The only issue I have had is that the computer takes off the final penalty charge when the customer is closed out.
The only problem I had was getting rid of old accounts.

Cons

We had previously had a server fail and despite the proclaimed support from our vendor the back-ups failed. It cost us four days of unproductive time and duplicating work previously entered.
We don't like how the billing and payments are done in the loans module. WE have problems when we final out an account with a loan on it.
The loans module still has some quirks and problems.

I can already tell that this program is going to save a lot of time and steps from what we are currently doing.

Pros

The features that Muni-Link provides make our utility billing a seamless process. The site is very user-friendly and very easy to show new staff how to use.

Cons

The only thing I dislike is that I didn't know about this product sooner.

easy to use

fantastic support team, easy to use software.

Pros

This is our 3rd utility billing software and it's by far the best, it is user friendly and the support staff are fantastic to work with. They will customize this software to your personal needs. Love that it's online based so I can use it anywhere.

Cons

I can't send separate individual bills outside of the standard monthly batch billing time period.
