Pros

Everyone is charging for software even for the startup where startups are struggling for sales. I love Accounting by wave because its completely free, Trust worthy, and Great support.
Beautiful interface, so easy to use, great onboarding, great customer support, free plan that offer A LOT to a small business.
The ability to create and send invoices from anywhere is important for my business. I also enjoy that I can help manage multiple businesses from one login.

Pros

I love the look of the software, and especially being able to customize the look of my invoices. I also love the ease of changing emails and invoices.
I have been using this program since they were Curdbee and it is the best. So easy, so good, customer support is great and fast with everything.
The software is clean and easy to use, accepts a number of payment portals, and allows for recurring billing -- all of which are great assets.

Cons

I would prefer to be able to generate this statement showing a list which includes ONLY the invoice date and total amount charged. They are very minor complaints.
Support is horrible and the biggest downfall of this product.
It was as if it was easier for him to refund my customer's payment than place it in my checking account-- so that's what he did. No alternatives, no solutions, no answers.

Cons

Default payment button attached to invoices is sometimes confusing for our clients. We do not have this feature setup and would just prefer the button not be there.
There were a few times when my emails would go to spam.
The only think that I've run into is had a problem a couple times and was hard to find where to contact for customer service.
