Wave accounting app

Reviewed 2 years ago

It helps with my financial records and I don't have to employ an accountant at the moment. It gives a quick capture of how well the business is doing. It's been an awesome experience with wave accounting.

Pros

Wave accounting is an app that helps small businesses have a professional outlook to its financials. It is easy to use and was easy to integrate with my business process. I also love that it helps follow up with payments that are due.

Cons

I can't think of anything I did not like in particular. It meets all my needs and I found it easy to use

Wave's free features are great and streamlines my work

Reviewed a year ago

I love that I can manage the billing on the phone, and my computer and despite a few hiccups with them, we love them and we strive to use them more!

Pros

I like that I can easily create an invoice for a customer and send them an email, and Wave lets me know if they viewed the invoice. I can also get paid by credit card or bank transactions (ACH).

Cons

I don't like their support as it takes days to resolve an issue. And the other thing is their fee for online payments. It's a bit different and more than others.
