I like that it's easy to enter time and view your time entered across the week. It makes it easy to ensure you have all your time entered.

The accounting tab can be pretty cluttered. It can be difficult to tell which invoices have been paid, and which haven't.

This firm uses combination of fixed fee and hourly. Difficult to remember to toggle each time entry with the billable box vs billable. Must audit each time entry before billing so the time on the fixed fee bills do not appear. Nice to have a feature where this automatic for the fixed fee clients.

It is very intuitive and easy to use. I can enter time and run reports in no time flat.

Would love to be able to link expenses from my bank account to be able to run an income and expense report.

Makes billing of time and expenses easy when dealing with clients. Easy to generate reports of time spent and expenses incurred.

Phone app sometimes does not work as seamlessly as wanted. Could use some more future forecasting to plan projects.

Simplicity of real time time entry and accessibility via the cloud. I also like that it integrates with my bookkeeper's accounting software.

I haven't used it long enough yet to find something I don't like. So far it's been pretty seamless.

Occasionally it takes a minute to catch up on the mobile device. I do have trouble getting invoicing to go smoothly. There are a lot of variables and a set system sequence to arrive at getting the payments applied to the right matter and getting the invoice finalized. The intuitiveness is there, but there is quite a lot to be intuitive about- many settings.

Nothing really. There are aspects I do not use, so can't really comment on them.

It can be challenging to switch between hourly billing and per project billing.

From initial enrollment to hands-on, remarkable time. We were up and running the same day. Customer service is always prompt in returning emails, no long hold time, and very friendly representatives. User friendly, not a lot of time needs to be spent introducing this product to employees.

The only con would be that BILL4Time does not actually help in litigation. If it did, we would be the first to purchase that too!!😊

I haven't really explored its features beyond billing.

Bill4time was recommended by several other attorneys. After the 30 day trial period I was convinced to purchase the program. For over 20 years our firm has used TimeSlips. The reports for billing productivity are simple and easy to run. To be able to input time or review billing productivity from any location or device has made more efficient use of my firm management time.

The cost of the software is more than we have paid with past systems, but it pays for itself because we spend less administrative time and lose less billing time due to the ability to record time from mobile devices.

Simple functionality in recording time and preparing bills. It's also easy to track time and WIP. I've rarely had to use customer support, but they were prompt and helpful when I did.

It could use one more bell and whistle, in allowing the user to more easily track unbilled time in the system by client or client matter.

It's very easy to use and train to use. The basic dashboard is very simplified making navigation quick and easy.

It's a little hard to see where your time might be off. If changes have to be made I think that could be a little easier to see.

The software is easy to use. It is intuitive, practical and has the right things I need to track time, expenses and create billing quickly and efficiently. Linked with the app for business travel, I have not lost any expenses and doing this during trips in live time has been a huge time saver for me.

I can't think of anything. The software and app work perfectly for my needs.

Bill4Time is easy to navigate from opening new clients and projects, entering time and billing clients monthly.

At this time, there are no cons for this software.

Ease of use is key. Works across all platforms, desktop, iPad, iPhone from anywhere anytime. Helps me gauge my productivity on a daily basis throughout the month. Doesn't take specialized training to use like Timeslips did. Not dependent on a staff member to enter time from time sheets gives me more flexibility and CAPTURES more of the time spent on tasks.

We're very happy with this product and all of our attorneys use it to enter all time entries for work performed. I especially like how easy it is to locate the case and enter the time worked.

Double entries were common before, but it seemed the company has fixed that problem.

It is easy to keep track of billable time, especially with the desktop widget.

Things have to be entered in a certain order on the widget. Otherwise they get erased. This is a hassle since my short term memory is not that good. I would like to be able to enter data on the widget in any order. I have always had a hard time with the accounting reports. They are not friendly to non accountants. I just want to know who owes me what and since when. I still don't know how to do that after 11 years of being your client.

Ease of use. Always updated all the time. Helps keep tabs on receipts etc.

Sending out emails through software not customisable. App could be more friendly.

This software is so simple to use, enter time, generate and keep track of invoices.

Reports could be a little more intuitive. Probably the issue is with me not diving deep enough.

I like the variety of options for entering time. I use the timer almost daily.

It took me a while to get used to the software, but customer service was always there to help.

It was really easy to use. You don't need much time to understand the software.

Sometimes there are bugs as regards the timer function.
