Pros

Within seconds I always get an answer to my questions. I love the chat feature and all of the representatives are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The software is easy to follow and figure out, very user friendly. With both a web-version and an app, it's super easy to keep up to date on your billing no matter where you are.
The app is very easy to understand and is super practical for tracking the time. The software is very friendly in terms of its dashboard and the addition of clients to the database.

Pros

The experience was good, it was particularly useful to have reports issued in excel format.
The ability to report on project timeline performance with traceable, direct metrics was immensely helpful in justifying the business case for increased personnel and additional budgetary resources.
I kept track of my working hours updating nutrition information on google drive. Wonderfully user friendly.

Cons

When i am going to enter my times to the bill4time its a little boring because it doesn't have check spelling.
Limited features, no spanish version. Tarif module is limitaed.
It is difficult to finalize the invoices, and occasionally, the software will have issues selecting which client to finalize an invoice for.

Cons

The inability to have two users contribute to a common task is a SERIOUS deterrent to wider rollout and adoption within our organization.
It was really difficult to learn how to use it with software that wasnt web based.
We work on multiple jobs per day that need to be charged to multiple accounts.
