Pros

My overall experience with Replicon is very good, easy to use and if help is needed, the support team is quick to respond and very patient and friendly.
Replicon's interface is clean and friendly and ease of scheduling takes less time which is a better choice compared to manual timesheets we used to pass around everyday.
Overall we are happy with Replicon, before Replicon we used excel time cards so it's a significant improvement, especially in a more remote working scenario.

Pros

We reviewed and vetted several popular alternatives. I was impressed with Billsby's customer support staff and their timely answers to questions.
Billsby is an amazing system for getting your subscriptions up and running.
Easy to follow instructions. Dashboard was a marvel to work through.

Cons

I Hate that my reports have different margins for some pages.
The only negative is I cannot upload our organizational logo.
I could not integrate this with our budgeting software, so had to run a report for each and use Excel to do comparisons. I found the report library and search functions a pain to use.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that there is no option to setup a discount code for my products. I'm not too concerned though as I've been told this feature will happen soon.
Some features are missing but they are already planned.
I was missing the white label option but they are already looking into it.
