Pros

We do facial recognition now for punching in and out and it works amazing. They are great to work with and very knowledgable of the product.
My overall experience with Replicon is very good, easy to use and if help is needed, the support team is quick to respond and very patient and friendly.
It gives you a good picture of how a project is going, who is available for a project etc. Our Replicon customer support has been amazing in helping resolve certain issues for us.

Pros

Great customer care and resolves any issues we experience in an expeditious manner.
The overall PEX experience has been great. I would recommend this software to anyone needing a simple way to distribute money to employees who need to purchase items for the business.
I have had great experience with PEX. It is easy to use and easy to put money onto it.

Cons

Sometimes you need the online Chat assistance to fix problems. It's a bummer that there are problems, but there are always problems with software.
I Hate that my reports have different margins for some pages.
The only negative is I cannot upload our organizational logo.

Cons

When there is fraudulent activity you don't receive the funds back until the case is investigated and decided in your favor.
The only CON is the delay in funding the account. You really have to plan ahead do account for the 4 day delay.
This has helped us track our spending and actually get our receipts. Something we struggled with for years.
