Pros

My overall experience with Replicon is very good, easy to use and if help is needed, the support team is quick to respond and very patient and friendly.
Replicon's interface is clean and friendly and ease of scheduling takes less time which is a better choice compared to manual timesheets we used to pass around everyday.
Overall we are happy with Replicon, before Replicon we used excel time cards so it's a significant improvement, especially in a more remote working scenario.

Pros

We love the platform and have been exceptionally happy with the level of service for our bookkeeping needs.
Excellent customer service; appear to have good customer focused corporate culture.
ScaleFactor has been amazing because they have a full team supporting our account behind the software.

Cons

I Hate that my reports have different margins for some pages.
The only negative is I cannot upload our organizational logo.
I could not integrate this with our budgeting software, so had to run a report for each and use Excel to do comparisons. I found the report library and search functions a pain to use.

Cons

It’s Difficult to sign into. I can’t sign in using chrome.
The vision is good but the execution is poor. We have wasted dozens of hours correcting the errors made in our account.
