Pros

It was incredibly easy to implement and the support we received from the whole Web expenses team was excellent and led to this landing within our company very positively.
Customer support is extremely nice and helpful. They are always available to answer any and all questions.
Love the ease of use for this system, especially with regards to importing several expenses from a corporate card automatically.

Pros

We are seeing that Procurement Express is doing a great job of helping us keep excellent records for every single purchase.
This is a super system and an excellent reference tool to search for older PO's or suppliers.
We are a growing business and as more people became responsible for purchasing it was harder to ensure that they were purchasing the right things from the right vendors.

Cons

I sometimes see web application stalling if the data connection is poor and dropping out.
For example attaching a receipt immediately closes that claim item , so if you need to amend other details, too bad you have to find it and reopen it, a few things like this were a bit weird.
The implementation of mileage rates is awkward but that is not a webexpense system issue.

Cons

There are bugs in the interface, at least while using Chrome, which makes it sometimes frustrating to use.
I can't think of anything I dislike about the system.
When I forget to add something until the end and I get a red reminder.
