Pros

It was incredibly easy to implement and the support we received from the whole Web expenses team was excellent and led to this landing within our company very positively.
Customer support is extremely nice and helpful. They are always available to answer any and all questions.
Love the ease of use for this system, especially with regards to importing several expenses from a corporate card automatically.

Pros

I really like that it is very user friendly and has a very small learning curve. I was not given the best training on putting in expense reports so I had to teach myself.
Overall Suti has been great to work with. We look forward to getting more comfortable with the software and would recommend the software to other companies.
The technical support for SutiExpense is excellent. I definitely recommend SutiExpense to anyone searching for an expense reporting application backed by excellent service.

Cons

I sometimes see web application stalling if the data connection is poor and dropping out.
For example attaching a receipt immediately closes that claim item , so if you need to amend other details, too bad you have to find it and reopen it, a few things like this were a bit weird.
The implementation of mileage rates is awkward but that is not a webexpense system issue.

Cons

The only problem I have run into was when I needed to take a pic of a receipt on SutiExpense App from my Android device and I was unable to do it.
I have also experienced trouble with the app on my iPad not wanting to orientate in the horizontal position, which makes it extremely difficult to use my keyboard.
Its inability to recognize time limits set up for flights.
