My overall experience with Workday is sometimes frustrating since I cannot get the reports I need to do my job.

Employees will accept having to use Workday to manage their taxes, etc. I'm not aware of an alternative for large companies. It will, however, be a perpetual pain point for employees.

The only problem I have experienced with them is in the follow through with customer service. We lost our main contact and had to call to find out.

The functionality around sales tax exemption is clumsy and difficult to use. There is a lack of control over how services appear on the Statements and the format of Statements in general.
