My overall experience with Workday is sometimes frustrating since I cannot get the reports I need to do my job.

Employees will accept having to use Workday to manage their taxes, etc. I'm not aware of an alternative for large companies. It will, however, be a perpetual pain point for employees.

It is a visual disorder that might cause fatigue and maybe you could have the same functionalities from other software because it doesn't show a different platform.
