To help streamline and Quickbooks and eliminate errors, try running out Browser Health Checkup at https://fixit.intuit.com/ and also clearing your temporary file by following the instructions here: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145697-how-do-i-clear-the-temporary-internet-files-and-cache. Things like needing to update your browser and temporary files hanging around tend to cause the errors you described.
